A TASTE OF INVINCIBLE USA PROMO ALBUM SAMPLER

The chosen item of this week it's an US advance 6 tracks sampler for the album "Invincible", given to press and radio stations before the physical release of the cd in late 2001.
The 6 tracks "taste" includes probably the first 6 singles planned for a single or a radio airplay release, before Sony decided to discontinue the album promotion after the 2nd single "Cry".
So here you can find the first single released for the album, "You rock my world", "Unbreakable" (planned as the 3rd single in Europe), "Butterflies" (released in US for radio airplay only), "Break of dawn" (planned as a single, then later appeared on the "Number ones" 2003 release), "Cry" and "Heaven can wait" (another planned airplay only single). Promotions plans included also "Whatever happens" as a worldwide release,not included in this promo cd.
The artwork is a detail of the "Invincible" album sleeve, showing an eye of Michael with a violet background instead of the white one used for the "You rock my world" single.
