The spotlight this week is on a very rare 7'', edited in Spain for promotional use only, and regarding a duet with the other pop legend Paul McCartney, called "The man". The song is taken from Macca's album "Pipes of peace", and this record comes with an unique picture sleeve. Does it deserve the "masterpiece" status? Yes, it does. If you have the chance to get your hands on a copy like this in mint conditions, don't miss it!!!!

A recent reissue, but yet today very rare, is the record of this week. This time, the cd you are seeing in the pictures comes from India, and it's a part of the "1 Collection" catalogue released only for the indian market. This cd was then reissued again housed in a different digipack sleeve.
From the same reissue collection, we have apparently only a few other MJ titles, like "Number ones" (in 2 different versions, as the HIStory greatest hits), "Bad" & "Blood on the dancefloor". I don't have any info or reference regarding other cds in this collection.

I wanted to celebrate "Dangerous" today, and my choice for the record of the week is this rare release of the lp coming from Argentina!

It has an unique catalogue number - different from the others - and the classic "half yellow/half black" labels, well known in some others south american releases (to name one:Brazil).

Also, the colours of the picture sleeve look darker than the european and american releases; and then:the labels and the inner sleeves carry translated titles, so, for example, "In the closet" became "En el ropero" and "Heal the world" was titled "Curar el mundo". This means that the argentinean press of Dangerous is a must-have for your collections, MJ army!
