I guess you all know the Soulsation boxset released in UK (the silver one) and in USA (The multicoloured box, released also in a 4 cassettes set)...but I bet someone here never knew about this german only release.

This comes in a fat box case containing 4 cds, with an unique art sleeve, and it is distributed by "Shop24online", a mailing service shop active in Germany only. The box remains still sealed, so I can't show you the cds inside, but it's completely official and licensed by Motown/Universal, as you can see on the back cover!

The Showroom found a lot of several singles music sheets, and suddenly the collection of this section is now nearer to the end!!! Something is still missing, of course, and I'm sure there are some releases I've never seen before out there. Anyway, the meaning of today's additions is a big step forward, even though the hunt continues again & again!

Did I told you that this collection is a never-ending story?

Here it is a clear example:you may have seen here a Thriller press from Ecuador, or Zimbabwe, or even from Dominican Republic (that's enough, maybe) but...I always missed a Suriname edition of the album. And here it is in the pictures! It surfaced some weeks ago on ebay, and went on a crazy price. This is a must-have for every serious collectors, and maybe one day I'll get a copy for the Showroom. Because you know, here, what the leit-motiv is:the hunt continues!

Oh yes! Another "Invincible" cd enters the Showroom today. It's a Thai green sleeve version, and it's a very relevant newcomer for this collection; this green version, as you can see, completes a set of 5 different releases in different colours from asian countries:Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and now Thailand. A perfect match.

Among those releases, only the Taiwanese set and the Japanese one have been completed by the Showroom.

One day, maybe, I'll be able to close another set of 5 from the same country. And maybe it won't be an asian-oriented choice...Until then...the hunt continues!!!!

And here it is another rare Dangerous press:it comes from South Africa, and it has an unique catalogue number, totally different from the other releases. Also, an "Artone" logo on the back sleeve (RSA records distributor at the time, now replaced by RISA) is another detail which differes from the european and american versions.

Some copies came with the "Operation Hunger" sticker on shrink. It's a charity organization based in South Africa, distributing some goodies to the poor people who don't have economic access to purchase them.
